Climb into the most extreme off-road vehicle on the planet and experience the wild beauty of West Virginia like never before. With guidance from The Greenbrier’s expert instructors, you’ll learn to operate a powerful open-air four-wheel sport vehicle built to conquer the toughest terrain. From scenic unpaved paths to some of the most challenging trails on the East Coast, this thrilling journey through our 11,000-acre private mountain preserve includes rocky climbs, deep ruts, creek crossings and steep hills — an off-road adventure unlike any other.

This experience allows up to two drivers to get behind the wheel and learn the fundamentals of off-road driving. As time and skill level allow, participants can progress to more advanced techniques, all under the guidance of our expert instructors.

- Gratuity, tax and Historic Preservation Fund are additional
- Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the time of the activity.
- Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
- For corporate and special events, reservations must be canceled 72 hours before the time of the activity.
- The minimum age to participate in driving is 16 years old, with a valid driver’s license.
- Passenger minimum age is 12 years old and 4’9″ tall.
- Drivers must be at least 25 years old to drive minor passengers.
- Drivers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Resort casual outdoor attire is recommended. Closed-toe shoes or boots are required. Helmets and eye protection will be supplied and are required for drivers and passengers. There is a very good chance you may get some mountain mud on you.
